About this series
This noise trio consisting of Ikue Mori (Japan; Diane Labrosse (Quebec) and Martin
Tétreault (Quebec) brings together electronic percussion and digital noise samples.
Quote-heavy collages, spurious noise and raw sound materials are being spatialized
and recontextualized. In this case, technological manipulations push further the
limits of improvisation and the reduced number of sound materials allows to multiply
and control their resonance.
