The keyboardist Diane Labrosse always enjoys a face-off between lyricism and incongruity, harmony and dissonances, structure and improvisation. Michel F. Côté is a born noisemaker working with various media, frantic percussion and the songs of machines to create a dreamy sound world. The pair toys with melodies, beats and ruptures to produce totally unique and marvelously spiritual sonic colours, with eloquence and humor to boot.
